Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-22
By using Driftwatch ("the Service") — the Telegram bot, the website at driftwatch.xyz, and the signing pages — you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Non-custodial software
Driftwatch is non-custodial. We never hold, access, or transmit your private keys or seed phrases. All transactions are signed by you in your own wallet and submitted to Solana mainnet by you. We are a software helper; we are not a broker, custodian, or financial institution.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in the bot, on this website, or on any signing page constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Range suggestions, rebalance recommendations, and volatility estimates are informational heuristics only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
3. Fees
Driftwatch may charge a service fee on each rebalance transaction. The current fee rate is displayed in the bot and on the signing page before you sign. Fees are deducted on-chain as part of the transaction you sign — if you do not sign, you do not pay.
Solana network fees (priority fees, rent for new accounts) are separate from Driftwatch's fee and are paid by your wallet directly to the Solana network.
4. Risks you accept
- Impermanent loss. Providing liquidity in any AMM exposes you to impermanent loss. Rebalancing does not eliminate this risk and in some market conditions can increase it.
- Smart contract risk. Driftwatch interacts with Orca, Meteora, and Raydium's programs. Bugs or exploits in those programs, or in the underlying Solana runtime, can result in total loss of your LP position.
- Price volatility. SOL and SPL token prices can move sharply. A position that was in-range when you signed can be out-of-range by the time the transaction lands.
- Transaction failures. Solana transactions can fail or be dropped. Driftwatch builds, simulates, and submits transactions on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee inclusion or success.
- RPC and network outages. Solana mainnet, RPC providers, or Telegram can be unavailable. During outages, alerts may be delayed or missed.
- Key loss. If you lose access to your wallet, Driftwatch has no way to recover it.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driftwatch and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of fees, failed rebalances, missed alerts, or impermanent loss.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
7. Your responsibilities
- Review every transaction in your wallet before signing. Driftwatch displays a preview, but your wallet is the source of truth.
- Keep your wallet, seed phrase, and Telegram account secure.
- Only use the Service if doing so is legal in your jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to abuse, spam, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and not a resident of any jurisdiction where use of decentralized finance software is prohibited. You represent that your use of the Service does not violate applicable law.
9. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
